Located in Detroit’s historic Brush Park neighborhood, Bar Pigalle is a French-inspired restaurant and cocktail bar that blends modern hospitality with the character of a historic building. Artisan Contracting served as the general contractor, transforming a long-vacant commercial space within the historic Carlton Lofts into a premier dining destination.

The project required careful coordination to preserve the building’s historic charm while incorporating modern restaurant functionality. The complete restaurant build-out included a commercial kitchen, custom bar, dining areas, MEP systems, lighting, millwork, flooring, finish carpentry, and specialty interior finishes.

Today, Bar Pigalle is recognized for its elevated cuisine, award-winning cocktails, and thoughtfully designed atmosphere. The project showcases Artisan Contracting’s expertise in restaurant construction, historic renovations, hospitality spaces, and commercial tenant improvements throughout Metro Detroit.
