Artisan Contracting transformed a 20,000-square-foot, previously dilapidated industrial warehouse in Detroit into a modern, fully functional commercial workspace designed to support multiple construction and millwork companies under one roof.

The extensive renovation brought new life to an aging industrial building, creating a professional headquarters and working environment for Artisan Contracting and two millwork contractors. The project focused on transforming the existing warehouse into a space that balances functionality, durability, and modern design while preserving the building’s industrial character.

From the initial renovation through the final buildout, Artisan Contracting managed the transformation of the property into a collaborative workspace built around the needs of today’s construction professionals. The completed facility provides dedicated work areas, improved functionality, and a modern environment that supports both office operations and the hands-on work of multiple trades.
