Marrow is Detroit's first neighborhood butcher shop and restaurant hybrid. As both a full service restaurant, nominated twice for James Beard Awards, and whole animal butcher shop, their business serves as a community gathering place. Marrow's purpose is to promote, utilize, and advance a healthy, local, and sustainable food system. Marrow works directly with local farmers and producers to guarantee that customers are getting quality meat from people that they have vetted and trust.
