Artisan Contracting served as the general contractor for the build-out of Northend Taproom, transforming an existing commercial space into a welcoming neighborhood destination for craft beer and hospitality. The project included a complete interior tenant build-out featuring a custom bar, draft beer system installation, refrigeration, millwork, flooring, tile, architectural lighting, and full mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) coordination. Working closely with the ownership team, designers, and specialty trades, every detail was carefully planned to maximize operational efficiency while creating a warm, inviting atmosphere for guests. The completed space combines modern hospitality design with functional bar operations, showcasing Artisan Contracting's expertise in restaurant and bar construction, commercial tenant improvements, hospitality renovations, and beverage-focused build-outs throughout Metro Detroit.
