Artisan Contracting served as the general contractor for the build-out of The Loan Goat, an English pub-inspired restaurant and bar in Detroit. The project transformed an existing commercial space into a warm, inviting hospitality destination featuring a custom bar, millwork, wood paneling, architectural finishes, flooring, lighting, and coordinated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Working closely with ownership, designers, and specialty trades, Artisan delivered a space that blends traditional pub character with modern functionality. With a focus on guest experience, efficient operations, and durable craftsmanship, The Loan Goat showcases Artisan Contracting’s expertise in restaurant build-outs, bar construction, hospitality renovations, and commercial tenant improvements throughout Metro Detroit.
