Artisan Contracting completed a full rooftop hospitality build-out featuring a custom bar, interior lounge, premium finishes, architectural lighting, flooring, millwork, and integrated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The project required careful coordination around structural constraints, weather exposure, and phased construction to ensure quality and long-term performance.
Working alongside ownership, designers, and specialty trades, Artisan delivered a seamless indoor-outdoor venue designed for social gatherings, private events, and nightlife. With a focus on craftsmanship, durability, and guest experience, The Monarch Club showcases Artisan Contracting’s expertise in hospitality renovations, commercial tenant improvements, historic building renovations, and complex urban construction projects throughout Metro Detroit.
