Artisan Contracting served as the general contractor for the restaurant build-out of Sy Thai in Livonia, a concept from the same ownership group behind Tou & Mai and Sy Thai’s downtown Detroit location on Cass Ave. The project transformed an existing commercial space into a modern dining destination featuring authentic Thai cuisine and a welcoming hospitality atmosphere. The build-out included interior finishes, dining areas, lighting, kitchen coordination, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) integration. Working closely with ownership, designers, and specialty trades, Artisan Contracting delivered a functional and inviting restaurant environment designed to support efficient operations and an elevated guest experience. This project highlights Artisan Contracting’s expertise in restaurant construction, commercial tenant improvements, and hospitality-focused renovations throughout Metro Detroit.
