General Contracting

Working from completed construction documents, we outline an accurate, competitive price and scope of work for the project. Then, we assemble a team with our reliable subcontractors and specialized resources to fit the client’s structural and financial goals.

We manage & build multi-family construction projects in the Detroit and Metro Detroit area. From tenant space improvements to commercial space build outs and new construction, we handle multiple projects simultaneously whether your project is small or large scale.
